These terms and conditions govern the use of the LearnEazy website (learneazy.net), all courses, learning materials, digital services, and any product or service offered by LearnEazy, a venture of Wexgrand Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website, registering an account, enrolling in a course, or making any payment to LearnEazy, the user agrees to these terms in full.

1. General Use

• The user agrees to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
• The user shall not misuse, copy, share, redistribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the website, course videos, downloadable materials, or any digital assets offered by LearnEazy.
• Course content is licensed to the enrolled student for personal learning use only. Sharing account credentials, downloading videos for redistribution, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
• The company reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, pricing, feature, or website section without prior notice.

2. Account and Access

• Students must provide accurate registration details including name, valid email, and mobile number.
• Each account is intended for a single user. Account sharing may result in suspension without refund.
• The student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. LearnEazy is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access resulting from the student's failure to secure their credentials.

3. Course Enrollment and Content

• Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Course structure, video count, duration, and included materials may be updated as we improve the curriculum.
• External software or tools referenced in courses (e.g. code editors, design software) are the property of their respective owners. LearnEazy is not responsible for their availability, licensing, or usage.

4. Intellectual Property

All course videos, downloadable files, written material, thumbnails, logos, and platform code are the intellectual property of Wexgrand Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Unauthorized reuse, redistribution, resale, screen recording, or reproduction in any form is prohibited and may result in legal action along with account termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
• Payment must be completed in full before course access is granted.
• Gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable in the event of refund approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

LearnEazy shall not be liable for any indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profit, data loss, delay caused by third-party platforms (YouTube, hosting providers, payment gateways), internet failures, or damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification by the student or any third party. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the relevant course.

7. Termination

LearnEazy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and revoke course access, without refund, if the student:

• Provides false information during registration
• Shares login credentials or course content with others
• Attempts to download, screen-record, or redistribute videos
• Uses the platform for any unlawful or unethical activity
• Abuses staff, other students, or the community

8. Modifications

LearnEazy reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
